Cornmeal Crusted Tilapia

1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

1/4 Cup Cornmeal

1 tsp Onion Flakes

1/2 tsp Chili Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

4 Tilapia Fillets

1 TBS oil

Lemon-optional

 

Heat 1 TBS oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, onion flakes, chili powder and salt. Dredge tilapia in the mixture. Cook tilapia for about 3 minutes on each side, or until browned and flakes easy.
