Crock Pot BBQ

3-4 lb boneless pork roast or tenderloin

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground red pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 medium bell pepper

1 medium onion

18oz bottle BBQ sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

 

-Trim excess fat from pork.

-Combine spices in bowl. Rub on roast.

-Put chopped pepper and onion in crock pot. Add roast.

-Combine BBQ sauce and sugar. Pour over meat.

-Cover & cook on low 8-10 hours.

-Serve on buns or over rice.
