Crock Pot Potato & Broccoli Soup

1 bag frozen hash browns

2 (14oz) cans chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/3 tsp black pepper

1 8oz block of cream cheese

2 heads of broccoli


Put all ingredients except for the broccoli & cream cheese in a crock pot on high for 4 hours. About 30 minutes prior to eating, stir the block of cream cheese into the soup, and steam both heads of broccoli on the stove. When the broccoli is completely falling apart, stir it into the soup and watch it blend perfectly.
