Inside Out Manicotti

1lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic

Add: 1- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1- 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
(can add a little oregano, red pepper, chili powder and sugar)

Mix: 1- 15 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. grated mozzarella
1 egg
salt & pepper

Cook 8 oz. rigatoni noodles (or more)

Mix everything together. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

**This is a great recipe to do a double batch of and freeze.**
