Peach Crisp Smoothie

Peach Crisp SmoothieYuuuuum this peach crisp smoothie is GOOD! I can drink this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and feel full and satisfied as if I ate dessert. 😉 It is the perfect amount of sweet and it is packed with healthy things. So if you like peaches and you want an easy smoothie recipe, lets get started!

The ingredients:

Peach Crisp Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 1/2-2 peaches (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 handful walnuts (my hand is the size of a 5 year old child)
  • honey to taste depending on your sweet tooth (I squeeze the bottle around in a circle 8 times)
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup water

Blend that baby up and enjoy!
